Unusual Machines (NYSE: UMAC) is the parent company of Rotor Riot—one of the most respected and recognizable brands in the FPV (First-Person View) drone industry. For years, we’ve led the FPV consumer market through a curated e-commerce model built on trust, performance, and close partnerships with the best manufacturers and pilots in the business.
We are growing, and hiring Picker/Packer/Warehouse Support for our Rotor Riot warehouse in Orlando, Florida. The ideal candidate has warehouse experience, is detail-oriented, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in accurate work, enjoys working with their hands, and is eager to contribute to a tight-knit team.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick each component required for customer orders from inventory shelves.
- Verify that all parts are correct and the order is complete before packing.
- Choose appropriately sized packaging materials for cost efficiency.
- Pack orders securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Select the correct shipping method and label orders accordingly.
- Maintain a clean and organized packing station.
- Notify supervisors of inventory shortages or order issues and assist with restocking.
- Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures.
- Any other work required to support operations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Warehouse or order fulfillment experience for e-commerce retail (Shopify platform preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently with minimal errors.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, physical environment (standing, lifting, walking)
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to identify and distinguish between various components needed for each order.
- Basic computer and scanning device familiarity.
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Experience with FPV (First-Person-View) drones and drone components (not required).

Annual Base Salary: 45k – 55k
